The Partners

Vermont Advisory Group is built around three partners, each responsible for a different part of the work: relationships, strategy, and the systems behind them.

Vermont Advisory Group was founded by three partners who had spent their careers on different sides of the same problem: businesses with real ambition and no single advisor able to see the whole picture.

We built the firm we wished had existed already, small enough to know every client personally, broad enough to cover strategy, expansion, partnerships, and governance without handing the client off between specialists.

Christian Bloch

Christian Bloch

Founding Partner

Strategy and the direction of each engagement.

Christian gives each engagement its direction, from the first reading of the opportunity to the order in which to move. His focus on sustainability is inherited: his father served as a director at UNOPS, the United Nations Office for Project Services, and Christian carries that legacy on, building toward a more sustainable world one company at a time.

TD

Thomas Dodd

Founding Partner

Relationships and the first conversation.

Thomas leads the firm's relationships. Most clients meet him first, and he stays their partner through everything that follows, keeping the engagement pointed where it should be: the person who knows the family, the company, and the history behind both.

LK

Lezan Khídir

Founding Partner & Technical Architect

The systems behind every engagement.

Lezan works on both sides of the firm, in the room with clients and behind the systems that serve them. He pairs a background in business administration and strategy with the firm's systems architecture and AI, and that joining of business and technology is the foundation the company is built on.

Every inquiry goes to a partner.

The first conversation is with one of the three, and so is every conversation after it.
